Ability to identify and proactively communicate risks and/or challenges with a granular level of detail related to OKTA as well as application onboarding and deployments in OKTA
Advance knowledge of IAM, OKTA, and/or IDP’s
Experience in a corporate environment
Experience or knowledge of Kubernetes, Ezmeral Container Platform(ECP) or similar, Microservices, SCIM provisioning, AWS CloudFront, load balancers, and DR
Should have ample experience with Okta product configuration and implementation
Trouble shooting experience with Kibana, Splunk, and/or SAML tracer
Should have an extensive background in IAM operations L1 – L4 support environment organizing small to medium sized teams and knowledge of JIRA or service now.
Should be able to understand workflows, customization, and out of the box Okta configuration.
